Donna really came to our rescue. My husband and I had a trip planned but as we waited for other persons to decide wether they would be joining us time really got away from us and we hadn’t booked a hotel yet. We left Thursday night and the Monday prior Donna found us a room with ocean view on 15 min away from family and was less than $500. The room had a full kitchen and was not in the middle of all the boardwalk noise but still close enough to join the fun when we wanted. I am so happy and so relaxed after a much needed getaway. We would have spent three times as much had I done everything myself. She took care of making all the arrangements, is super confidential and even made sure we were on a first floor and that late check in was okay. I remember telling my husband how much we needed a vacation after having a baby 6 months ago at the time, and he goes "well book one". I have always been one to research and book our vacations for us, but as an exhausted, working mom, I just wasn't up for putting in the effort this time. It was then that I remembered seeing my good friend Donna Maines postings on social media sharing that she was a travel advisor. I reached out to her and told her I was interested in her services as we were in dire need of a vacation now that baby was sleeping through the night and old enough to accompany us on a cruise. Donna had researched and sent me several options of vacation packages. All I had to do was look and decide on one, and she literally did ALL of the rest! She made it stress free for me, enjoyable and the process was seamless. I very much appreciated her taking the time to find the perfect deal and vacation for us. She kept track and found deals on round trip flights for us and even called to confirm that we would have a crib in each of the hotels we stayed at! The day before our trip, she even sent me a text of our flight confirmation number and wished us a safe and fun vacation. To my surprise, when we returned home she had even mailed us a welcome home and thank you card, when I should be the one thanking her. Donna has always been so pleasant and trustworthy. She genuinely cares about others and has superb customer service skills and communicates extremely well. She is very organized and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a vacation planning experience that will turn out perfect and headache free! I will definitely be utilizing Donna's traveling services for our future vacations and recommending her to everyone that I know.

I had a good laugh that I wanted to share with yall. Soooo my husband doesn’t know I had signed up for Nueva travel and we’ve been trying to lock down a family vacation. Wellllll.. as we were looking up different destinations majority in US (branson, mo or pigeon forge, orange beach…were undecided) anyways he would look up a hotel on his phone, and I would I said ooh I found that same one for less and typically it was $300-500 cheaper, some were even equal to his one night stay where mine (through Nueva travel showed the total of 3 nights stay!!) and he was baffled… he wld try another and I’d find it for less again! We did this like 3-4 times and Finally he said WHERE ARE YOU FINDING THESE DEALS?!?!!!
I just kept winning! Bawhaha I am so excited for this Nueva Travel option! If you’re on the fence and travel for sports or want to travel for leisure — don’t wait, jump on in head first!!!
